Old-style bike meets new-age trainer - Talk about new meets old!
Flying Pigeon. In my past life, I had access to my dad's bike, which was an English Raleigh, which looked somewhat similar. It didn't have the two top tubes, the basket, or the shock-absorbers in the front (the metal rods in front of the front rod brakes). It had a full chain-booth (enclosure), with an access point to lube the chain. In addition, it had a bottle-dynamo driven front light (Miller).
