Energizing Shake

Energizing Veggie Shake

Ingredients:
2 Persian cucumbers
1 piece of ginger root
5 strands of parsley
1 piece of beet (skin removed)
Pinch of Turmeric
Pinch of powdered Cinnamon
3 ice cubes
2 cups of water
1 dropper of Stevia
Preparation:
Blend finely in a blender and drink when while the shake is still cold.

I find the cinnamon and turmeric to be especially therapeutic.
