Kale, Ginger Smoothie

I am hooked on this smoothie. It is very simple to make.

1 Small piece of ginger root
1 cup of kale (fresh or frozen)
Almond Milk 2 ice cubes
1 scoop of Pea Protein (Optional - gives a creamy texture)

Blend in a Vitamix or blender and enjoy!
