Hitcher Three

The angels of nature decide to show me the way as my hitchers. Here is one such a hitcher who rode with me on the way to work.

What a wonderful blessing to all!

See you around, Rambo

Photo from last weekend, in the garage...

Rambo baby succumbed to complications from his enlarged heart. RIP sweetheart.
As treatment was invasive and only likely to extend his longevity by  2-3 months, during which he will struggle, we decided to put him to sleep.
Thanks for sharing your journey with us, Rambo.

Now, I am sitting here like a fool, wondering about life ...

Will be back when I am ready to post again.

Take care.

"Remember that there is only one important time and is Now. The present moment is the only time over which we have dominion. The most important person is always the person with whom you are, who is right before you, for who knows if you will have dealings with any other person in the future. The most important pursuit is making that person, the one standing at your side, happy, for that alone is the pursuit of life."

Lil Ms. Killdeer

The joys of a slower commute.
I see this baby everyday and I wondered why it was talking to me.
Only after looking closely at the photos, after reaching work today, I was able to figure out the eggs part.
The bird is protecting the eggs.

PS. The bird is a Killdeer, correctly identified by my college mate

Hitcher Two

On my way to work last week,  I was so happy to see this little guy crossing the street, but headed the ‘wrong way’. Picked him, gave him a ride and was placed closer to the lake.
I am trying to downplay the ‘I’ part, but it is harder to convey the message, without the 'I', in a sentence.
